Terms of Service

1. The service

RedTeamRFP is an independent product of Navindra Ramdeen (StarNose). It provides automated, rule-based analysis of request-for-proposal (RFP) documents: it extracts requirements from the RFP, matches each requirement against your draft response using keyword-based checks, flags disqualification-risk language, computes a 0–100 disqualification risk score with a proprietary deterministic risk-scoring model, and generates template-driven rewrite suggestions. Results are delivered as an interactive report and a watermarked PDF.

RedTeamRFP is not legal advice, proposal consulting, or a guarantee of winning a contract. You remain solely responsible for the contents of your proposal and for meeting the solicitation's requirements.

2. Payment

A Single Audit costs $99, one-time, paid through a Stripe Checkout Session. There is no subscription and no recurring billing. Charges occur only when you complete a Stripe checkout session you initiate — failed audits are never charged.

Live payments: RedTeamRFP processes payments in Stripe live mode. Completing a checkout session results in a real $99 charge to your payment method.

3. Access to results

Your audit results and watermarked PDF report are accessible only with your job-scoped access token, which expires 24 hours after the audit completes. Keep your token private — anyone with the token can view that audit's results.

4. Your uploads

You represent that you own or have the right to upload the documents you submit. Uploads are held in memory while your audit is processed, never written to disk, and the raw file bytes are freed when the audit completes. Results are held in memory and are not persisted to a database. Your documents are never sold and are never used to train models. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not abuse the service, attempt to access other jobs' results, or circumvent payment.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Do not rely on the audit as a substitute for reading the solicitation yourself.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedTeamRFP and its operator are not liable for any lost bids, lost revenue, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the audit at issue.
