ADVERSARIAL PROPOSAL AUDITING

Will your proposal survive?

Most losing bids don't lose on price or capability. They die on missed requirements, format violations, and weak competitive language — before an evaluator ever reads your solution. RedTeamRFP reads your bid like a hostile evaluator: it matches every RFP requirement against your draft, flags disqualification-risk language with rule-based checks, and scores your risk 0–100 — so you can fix it before they do.

of proposals are eliminated on compliance technicalities before price is ever scored

40+ hrs

the average capture team spends on manual compliance review per bid

6–8 wks

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps between you and a bulletproof bid.

01

Upload two files

Drop in the RFP and your draft response (PDF or DOCX). Add deal value, deadline, and whether you're the incumbent — optional, but it sharpens the audit.

02

Pay $99, once

One flat payment through Stripe. No subscription, no seat licenses, no upsell gauntlet. Upload bytes are freed when the audit completes; results are held in memory and not persisted to a database.

03

Get the teardown

Typically in minutes: a disqualification risk score, a requirement-by-requirement compliance checklist, gap analysis, and rewrite suggestions — plus a PDF report.

TRY THE RISK ENGINE

Every missed requirement raises the odds you lose.

Drag the sliders. This is a simplified version of the scoring model — the real audit matches every requirement against your draft with keyword-based checks, not just counting.

Compliance checklist — every requirement, pass / fail / warning

1 passed1 warnings2 failed
  • FAILSection L.3 — Past Performance

Offeror shall provide three (3) past-performance references from federal contracts performed within the last five (5) years.

“Only two references provided; neither is a federal contract vehicle.”

  • PASSSection L.1 — Format

Proposal volume shall not exceed forty (40) pages, excluding appendices and resumes.

“37 pages counted across Volumes I–II.”

  • WARNINGSection L.5 — Staffing

Key personnel resumes must include a labor-category mapping table.

“Resumes included, but the mapping table is missing for two of five roles.”

  • FAILSection K — Certifications

Offeror must acknowledge all amendments in Section K certifications.

“Amendment 0002 (revised delivery schedule) is not acknowledged.”

Gap analysis — what's missing and why it costs you points

CRITICALSection M — Evaluation Factors

Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2

The RFP weights CMMC Level 2 at 15% of the technical score. Your response mentions 'robust security practices' but never states a CMMC level or assessment timeline. Evaluators cannot award points for an unstated certification.

MAJORSection C — Statement of Work

Transition-in plan within 30 days of award

Required as a distinct subsection. Your draft folds transition into 'project kickoff' in one paragraph — no milestones, no staffing ramp, no risk mitigations. This reads as an afterthought to an evaluator.

Rewrite suggestions — weak phrasing, strengthened

BEFORE — YOUR DRAFT

We believe our team has a lot of experience and we hope to bring innovative solutions to this important program.

SUGGESTED — RESPONSIVE LANGUAGE

Over the past six years, our team has delivered 14 federal modernization programs on schedule — including three for this agency. For this program, we will apply the same delivery framework that cut deployment time 38% on the VA's claims platform.

  • ▸Replaced hedged language ('believe', 'hope') with verifiable outcomes.
  • ▸Added quantified differentiators: 14 programs, 38% faster deployment.
  • ▸Named the agency and a directly analogous program.

WHY NOT JUST…

Have a colleague read it. Or ask a chatbot.

Colleagues are kind. Chatbots are agreeable. Neither one is paid to find the reason your proposal gets thrown out.

FAQ

Fair questions.

How is this different from asking ChatGPT to review my proposal?

ChatGPT is agreeable by design — it summarizes and encourages. RedTeamRFP is adversarial by design: it extracts every discrete requirement from the RFP, matches each one against your draft with keyword-based checks, and scores your disqualification risk with a proprietary risk-scoring model (deterministic, fully explainable). It doesn't tell you what you want to hear; it tells you what an evaluator will penalize.

What file types do you accept?

PDF and DOCX for both the RFP and your draft response, up to 25 MB each. Scanned/image-only PDFs get best-effort OCR so the engine can extract text from image-only pages.

Is my proposal data safe?

Served over HTTPS. Uploads are held in memory during processing and never written to disk; upload bytes are freed when the audit completes. We never train models on your data, and the watermarked PDF report is only accessible with your 24-hour job-scoped token.

What happens after I pay?

Once you upload, our engine extracts requirements from the RFP, matches each one against your draft, checks compliance, scores risk, and generates rewrite suggestions — typically in minutes. After Stripe confirms payment, you unlock the full interactive results plus a downloadable PDF report.

Do you guarantee we'll win?

No — and run from anyone who does. What we promise is a ruthless requirement-by-requirement check for the preventable stuff: missed requirements, format violations, weak competitive language — everything fixable, surfaced before you submit.

Don't let a technicality kill your deal.

Upload your RFP and draft. We'll match every requirement against your draft like the evaluator who wants to say no — so you can fix everything before they get the chance.
