Refund Policy

1. Live payments

RedTeamRFP processes payments in Stripe live mode — completing a checkout session results in a real $99 charge to your payment method. Refunds are handled as described below.

2. One-time audits

A Single Audit is a one-time $99 purchase — there is no subscription to cancel and no recurring billing. A charge happens only when you complete a Stripe checkout session you initiate. Failed audits are never charged.

3. How to request a refund

If you were charged for an audit that failed to complete, or you believe you were charged in error, email hello@redteamrfp.com with your job ID and a description of the issue. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and, when approved, are issued through Stripe to your original payment method.

4. What refunds don't cover

Refunds are not available because you disagree with the audit's risk score or findings, or because a bid was lost. The audit is an automated, rule-based analysis tool — see the Terms of Service — not a guarantee of winning.
