1. Who we are

RedTeamRFP is an independent product of Navindra Ramdeen (StarNose). Contact: hello@redteamrfp.com.

2. What we collect

• The RFP and draft response files you upload for an audit.
• Optional context you provide: deal value, submission deadline, and incumbent/challenger position.
• Your email address, used to license the watermarked PDF report to you.
• Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

3. How your documents are handled

• Uploads are held in memory only while your audit is processed. They are never written to disk.
• Raw file bytes are freed when the audit completes. Audit results are held in memory and are not persisted to a database.
• Your results and PDF report are gated by a 24-hour job-scoped token; only someone with that token can view them.

4. What we never do

• We never sell your documents or data.
• We never train machine-learning models on your data.
• We never share your proposal contents with third parties except as required to run the audit (hosting provider) or to comply with law.

5. Data retention

Because uploads are kept in memory only and freed at audit completion, there is no file archive to retain or delete. In-memory results exist only until the hosting process restarts. If you want your audit results removed sooner, email hello@redteamrfp.com with your job ID.

6. Cookies and analytics

The site does not run its own analytics or advertising trackers. The hosting platform may set technically necessary cookies for load balancing and security.
